Where we deliver, and how long it takes<\/h2>\n    <p>We deliver throughout Romania and to every European Union member state, by courier \u2014 <strong>Cargus<\/strong>, <strong>Sameday<\/strong>, <strong>FAN Courier<\/strong> or <strong>GLS<\/strong>, depending on the destination and availability. The courier used for your order is named in the dispatch confirmation email. For deliveries outside Romania, the usual timeframe is <strong>3\u20137 working days<\/strong>. We dispatch orders within <strong>24 working hours<\/strong> of confirmation. Inside Romania, delivery usually takes 1\u20132 working days in larger cities and 2\u20134 working days elsewhere.<\/p>\n    <p>Orders placed at the weekend or on public holidays are processed on the next working day. During busy periods \u2014 campaigns, holidays \u2014 timeframes may extend by a day or two; we will let you know if that happens.<\/p>\n    <p>You receive a dispatch confirmation by email, with the tracking number, so you can follow the parcel.<\/p>\n\n    <h2 id=\"l2\">2. We charge no hidden extras.<\/p>\n    <p>Prices are shown in <strong>lei<\/strong> on the Romanian version of the site and in <strong>euro<\/strong> on the English one. The amount you pay is the one displayed at checkout, in that currency.<\/p>\n    <p>For deliveries within the European Union, cash on delivery is not available \u2014 you can pay by card, by payment link or by bank transfer.<\/p>\n\n    <h2 id=\"l3\">3. When the parcel arrives<\/h2>\n    <p>Check that the parcel is intact while the courier is still there. If the packaging is visibly damaged or has been opened, you may refuse the delivery or ask the courier to draw up a damage report. Photograph the parcel and send us the pictures at <a href=\"mailto:contact@lumeastore.eu\">contact@lumeastore.eu<\/a> \u2014 we will sort it out without you losing money.<\/p>\n    <p>If a product is missing from your order, or you received something other than what you ordered, write to us within 48 hours of delivery.<\/p>\n\n    <h2 id=\"l4\">4. Your statutory right of withdrawal (14 days)<\/h2>\n    <p>If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within <strong>14 calendar days<\/strong>, without giving a reason and without penalty, under Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34\/2014.<\/p>\n    <p>The period runs from the day you take physical possession of the product. If you ordered several products delivered separately, it runs from the day you receive the last one.<\/p>\n    <p>To withdraw, tell us in an unambiguous statement \u2014 an email to <a href=\"mailto:contact@lumeastore.eu\">contact@lumeastore.eu<\/a> is enough. You may also use the <a href=\"#l10\">form below<\/a>, but you do not have to. It is enough to send the notice before the 14 days are up.<\/p>\n\n    <h2 id=\"l5\">5. Our 30-day policy<\/h2>\n    <p>On top of your statutory right, we voluntarily give you <strong>30 days<\/strong> to return products that are <strong>unopened, with the seal intact and in their original packaging<\/strong>, without explaining why. This commercial policy is additional and does not restrict your legal rights in any way.<\/p>\n\n    <h2 id=\"l6\">6. How to return, step by step<\/h2>\n    <ol>\n      <li>Write to us at <a href=\"mailto:contact@lumeastore.eu\">contact@lumeastore.eu<\/a> with your order number and the products you want to return.<\/li>\n      <li>We confirm the return within two working days and send you the shipping address.<\/li>\n      <li>Pack the products in their original packaging, together with the invoice or a copy of it.<\/li>\n      <li>Send the parcel by courier to the address given: <strong>NEDERMANN LAB SRL, Bd. Eroilor nr. 42, floor 1, apt. 9, 400129 Cluj-Napoca, Cluj County, Romania<\/strong>.<\/li>\n      <li>Once we receive the parcel and check the products, we refund you.<\/li>\n    <\/ol>\n    <p>You bear the cost of the return, except where the product is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered \u2014 in those cases we cover it.<\/p>\n    <p>You are only liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling it beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and characteristics \u2014 the same as in a physical shop.<\/p>\n\n    <h2 id=\"l7\">7. What cannot be returned<\/h2>\n    <p>Under art. 16(e) of Emergency Ordinance no. 34\/2014, the right of withdrawal <strong>does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and which were unsealed after delivery<\/strong>.<\/p>\n    <p>In practice this means <strong>we cannot take back unsealed or used cosmetics<\/strong>: opened creams, tested makeup, fragrances with the film torn. The rule does not apply if the product is faulty, damaged or expired \u2014 in that case see section 9.<\/p>\n\n    <h2 id=\"l8\">8. Refunds<\/h2>\n    <p>We refund all sums received, including the cost of standard delivery, within <strong>14 days<\/strong> of being informed of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we receive the products back, or until you provide proof that you sent them, whichever comes first.<\/p>\n    <p>The refund is made using the same payment method you used for the order, unless we agree otherwise. We charge no fee for refunds.<\/p>\n    <p><strong>If you paid cash on delivery<\/strong>, there is no card to refund to. In that case we return the amount <strong>by bank transfer<\/strong>, to the account you give us. We only ask for the IBAN and the account holder\u2019s name \u2014 we never ask for your card details.<\/p>\n    <p>If you chose a delivery method more expensive than our standard one, we refund the cost of standard delivery.<\/p>\n\n    <h2 id=\"l9\">9. Wrong, damaged or faulty products<\/h2>\n    <p>We are liable for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery, under Emergency Ordinance no. 140\/2021. If the product you received is damaged, expired, has compromised packaging or does not match the description, write to us at <a href=\"mailto:contact@lumeastore.eu\">contact@lumeastore.eu<\/a>, attaching a photo and your order number.<\/p>\n    <p>We reply within five working days and you choose: replacement of the product or a full refund. We cover the shipping costs in such cases.<\/p>\n\n    <h2 id=\"l10\">10. Withdrawal form<\/h2>\n    <p>Using this form is optional.
